Refund & Returns Policy

At Spiritinfusedhydration.com, we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of our crystal-infused water bottles. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a fair and easy-to-understand return and refund process. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You are eligible to return your product within 30 days of the delivery date if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The product must include all accessories, tags, and documentation that came with it.
  • The product should not have any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

If your product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject your return request.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at Oluwapelumii823@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable, such as damage or defects).
  2. Receive Return Authorization
    After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning the item. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item
    Once you receive your RAN, securely pack the item and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or arrived damaged (see Section 5 below for more details).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please note that your bank or payment processor may take additional time to process the refund once we have issued it.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return procedure as outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send out the replacement (subject to availability).

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photos of the damage or defect.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping, and you will not be charged any additional fees for the replacement item.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing to avoid issues with non-returnable items.

7. Fees and Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for returned items that meet our return conditions.
  • Customs and Duties: If you are returning an item from outside Nigeria, you are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes that may apply.

8. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
